Now Qualcomm Quick Charge has been upgraded to 3.0 version, the charging efficiency is much higher than the previous 2.0 version. Qualcomm explained that the Quick Charge 3.0 use the “best voltage intelligent negotiation” algorithm for the first time, the conversion efficiency has improved.
Quick Charge 2.0 only provides 5V, 9V, 12V and 20V charging voltages. The upgraded Quick Charge 3.0 is available in 200mV increments and offers a flexible choice from 3.6V to 20V. At the same time, Quick Charge 3.0 can also be compatible with the previous version of the charger for more OEM manufacturers to choose, which is one of the reasons that Qualcomm Quick is widely used in smart phones quick charge.
Reflected in time and efficiency, Qualcomm said Quick Charge 3.0 can charge a typical cell phone from the zero charge to 80% in 35 minutes or so while the ordinary mobile terminal usually takes about one and a half hours.
