Yes, you can use Galaxy Buds 2 with your Android phone. According to Samsung, Galaxy Buds 2 are compatible with smartphones that are Android 7.0 or newer and at least 1.5GB of RAM. There may be few features missing like seamless pairing process, spatial audio, and automatic switching between phone/computer etc. However, if you have a Galaxy phone, you can enjoy all the earbuds’ great features.
With an Android phone, you just need to install the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store before connecting it with the Buds. Then, open the app and tap Start. Place the earbuds case beside your phone with the lids open, and wait till “Galaxy Buds 2” pop up on the screen as an available Bluetooth device.
