It has been long since many high-end smartphones have come with an IP rating. As a flagship smartphone with a mid-range price, OnePlus Nord 2 5G is really mesmerizing for its large, bright screen, great camera, decent performance, robust battery life, and the excellent Oxygen OS software. Still, there’s no official water resistance rating, but similar to its predecessors, it should be fine in light rain and water splashes. If water resistance is your top priority, you may go elsewhere, looking for some OnePlus Nord 2 5G alternatives, like Samsung Galaxy A52 (IP67), iPhone SE 2020 (IP67), and Google Pixel 4a (IP52). However, except for certain missing features( no IP rating, no wireless charging), OnePlus Nord 2 5G is still one of the best premium phone you can buy with a sensible price.
