5. Select This Computer in Backups column

7. Wait until the progress is complete.

How to restore your iPhone with iTunes?
To restore a backup to iOS device, please make sure the destination device is newer than the backup device. In other words, iTunes doesn’t support backup to an older device than backup device. Meanwhile, the latest version of iTunes on computer is also needed.
1. Make sure you’re using the MacBook or PC you originally used to back up the device.
2. Connect your iPhone to Mac or PC using the included sync cable.
3. Open iTunes on computer if it doesn’t pop up automatically
4. Follow the prompts on your iPhone display until your phone appears in iTunes.
5. Click the name of your iPhone
6. Choose Restore Backup in Backups column
7. Choose the most recent backup and click Restore
8. Wait for the process to complete.
9. If your backup was encrypted, enter the password for your encrypted backup and wait for the restoration to complete.
Note: For iPhones users, Find My iPhone must be turned off before restore.
How to backup your iPhone with iCloud?
1. Tap Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap iCloud. Or tap the name of your Apple ID on the top and then tap iCloud.
3. Tap iCloud Backup
4. Make sure iCloud Backup is turned on.
5. You can get a backup started right away by tapping on Back Up Now.
6. You can choose what apps you want to back up through switch on or off the circle button.
7. You can check your backup by tap iCloud under which there is a color bar. The total storage and available storage are listed here. Tap Manage Storage, then you can manage your backup storage.
How to restore your iPhone from an iCloud backup?
You have to restore the backup in iCloud through iTunes on computer.
1. Connect your iPhone to Mac or PC using the included sync cable.

4. Click the name of your iPhone
