You make and receive calls with Wi-Fi using your phone number. No apps needed. It will help you connect when cellular service isn’t available or you’re having poor signal issues.
Does OnePlus 7 Pro support Wi-Fi Calling?
Like OnePlus 6, OnePlus 7 Pro supports Wi-Fi calling too. But whether you can use Wi-Fi calling, it also depends on if the carrier you choose to provide this service. As far as I know, T-Mobile supports Wi-Fi Calling on OnePlus devices, including OnePlus 7 Pro.
How to enable Wi-Fi Calling on OnePlus 7 Pro?
If you select T-Moblie as your phone carrier, you can set up your phone as the following instruction.
Turn on & Connect
Step 1: Register your E911 address at My T-Mobile.
Step 2: Turn on Wi-Fi.
Step 3: From the Home screen, swipe up, then tap Settings.
Step 4: Tap Wi-Fi & internet > Wi-Fi Calling > Enable Wi-Fi calling.
Set connection preference
Step 1: From the Home screen, swipe up, then tap Settings.
Step 2: Tap Wi-Fi & internet > Wi-Fi Calling > Calling preferences.

>>Cellular preferred
