OnePlus 3 Design and display:
On the front, the OnePlus 3 features a camera at the top left corner and a physical home button, that may house fingerprint sensor like its predecessor.
On the back, the OnePlus 3 features an all-metal cover with black-hued two plastic bands (for radio) — one each on the top and the bottom.

OnePlus 3 is 152.6 (Height) x 74.6 (Width) x 7.3 (thickness) mm in dimensions and weigh 160g.
The screen is expected to sport an AMOLED-based 5.5-inch full HD screen having 1920x1080p resolution.
OnePlus 3 Processor, RAM and storage:
The new OnePlus 3 is also expected to house Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 820 SoC (System-on-Chip). It will be backed by Adreno 530 graphics engine.
About the hardware, one type of OnePlus 3 variants will have 4GB RAM having 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage options.
OnePlus 3 Battery:
About the most important feature, OnePlus 3 is expected with a 3,000mAh battery cell, which is 300mAh less than its predecessor.
One must be pointed out that the company is using energy efficient AMOLED-based display panel, so OnePlus 3 owners are less likely to face any drop in battery life compared to OnePlus 2.
