Just like the 20000mAh version, the EasyAcc 10000mAh Quick Charge 3.0 Power Bank looks and feels completely successful! The aluminum housing in the chic metallic blue is processed perfectly and feels very high-quality and durable. It is however gratifying that the housing is quite compact for a 10000mAh Power Bank.
The latest Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology is the world’s fastest charging solution on USB ports. Charges up to 4 times faster than conventional chargers, and can help devices achieve up to an 80% charge in just 35 minutes.
The palm-grip size is comfortable to hold in hand. This EasyAcc Quick Charge 3.0 Power Bank 10000mAh is 20% lighter than ordinary 10000mAh power banks, and high-notch efficient Panasonic cells, we’re not compromising any in quality.
That said, Xiaomi seems wanting for some boundary-pushing and has thus introduced four power banks. The largest one measures in at 20Ah.
According to the manufacturer, that’s good enough for seven iPhone 6 charge cycles, three iPad mini cycles and 1.2 MacBook cycles. There’s also Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 technology with 5/9/12V carriage and maximum delivery rated at 5.1V/3.6A.
The cells are from Panasonic and/or LG and the circuits are managed with a Texas Instruments chipset. Xiaomi claims that the battery won’t immediately go kaput because of that chipset: the power bank was tested after 100 fills and logged a 10 percent increase in output efficiency and at least 12.7Ah of real charge.
It only comes with two USB ports, but with that and a plastic build, Xiaomi has kept the body light at 338 grams — believe it or not, it’s 12 grams lighter than its 16Ah offering.

To completely charge the power bank, you’re looking at approximately 7 hours using a Quick Charger, or about 10 hours with a standard charger. It comes with the standard protection features built-in, including over-current, over-charge, and short circuit protection. It happily charges 2 devices simultaneously, as long as you have an extra USB cable laying around. Given the brute size of this power bank, it’s definitely not ideal for pocketing, but would still do well for traveling or weekend camping trips. Just keep it away from water, because this isn’t a rugged power bank meant for that kind of abuse.
QC 2.0 Output:5V/2.4A, 9V/1.67A, 12V/1.25A
USB Output:5V / 1A
Dimensions:6.5 x 0.6 x 2.9 inches

Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 can do just enough more to make a substantial difference. Up to 3A into 12V is enough to increase the speed of charging by enough to actually matter. The claim is that charging asked can be increased by up to 75% when paired with the right hardware.
Aukey takes this one step further by adding a smart element to it. They call this AIPower, which uses an IC that’s able to identify what device you’ve plugged in based on what it reads from the battery and thus adjust according to its specifications. If the full shebang of current is safe according to the battery (batteries are smart these days you know), then it’ll supply as much as it can.
