Recently, I found the gyms are being crowed, and heard it from friends all the time that they exercise their butts off but haven’t seen any results.

So today, I am going to switch things up and talk about the reasons why the fitness doesn’t work on you.

Actually, I’ve been in the same position. It makes you feel like you are doing everything right within the fitness plan. But there is no effect being happened on your body curve. It’s annoying and frustrating.

You may have searched the reasons on internet or ask for help to your fitness instructor. Yes, the reasons are several. But I am firmly believed that the main factor is you eat too much than you exercise.

As the saying goes that “you cannot out-exercise a bad diet”. Some people believe that working out means we are able to eat whatever we want. That’s not true, for most of people at least.

2 Portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced 

half a bag fresh spinach, chopped 

1tsp olive oil 

2 eggs, lightly beaten
