New Sale Rival Between Walmart and Amazon this Black Friday 2015

Why bother going outside on Black Friday when you can shop at home on Amazon? The online retail giant was giving us a sneak peak at its Black Friday deals. Included in the sale were several great buys, such as the $35 Fire tablet, $348 55-inch Roku smart TV and $99 Jawbone Up3. But the deals were not available all at once, instead the sales would start in waves beginning on Friday November 20 through Black Friday. You would need to check the website often to keep on top of the sales or sign up for alerts through the Amazon mobile app to find out when the deal on a particular product you want went alive. Meanwhile there were also 150 “Lightning Deals” that you would only be able to shop from the Amazon app. Those would go live daily between 3pm PST and 11pm PST starting Thanksgiving day through Wednesday, December 9. Also Amazon had 10 “Deals of the Day” that had dropped at midnight on Thanksgiving, plus 10 more new deals at midnight on Black Friday.

So were there only numerous but raving deals for such a once-a-year shopping carnival? Who believe that! As an added incentive to shop, Amazon was offering Prime members two-hour delivery in 20 select metro areas, including Manhattan, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas and Chicago, on select Deals of the Day during this sale and through the rest of the holiday season.

While with Amazon’s deals and two-hour delivery this Black Friday, all crazy shopping customers would pay for it? I was not sure and most of you would stand by me.

Yes, once again, Wal-Mart was rolling back its prices for the doorbuster of the year, starting at 6pm on Thanksgiving. It was not a surprise when hundreds line up outside their local Wal-Mart to score some of the season’s biggest savings. This year, it was time for the 1-hour Guarantee again, meaning that even if supplies ran out, Wal-Mart shoppers who waited in a designated line were guaranteed their product before Christmas. For example, $59 for a Fitbit Flex wristband, or $149 for a 40-inch 1080p LED TV, or $198 for a Samsung 32-inch smart TV.

Wal-Mart’s big Black Friday 2015 contained various attractive deals about everything else you could think of, including those for online shopping fans that the customers would get free shipping as long as the orders exceeded $35, or you picked up the items at your local store for free if the customer preferred.

Amazon or Wal-Mart in this year’s deals rival, in regardless of who was the biggest winner, at least, numerous shoppers had benefited from them.

Black Friday has been gone, the Cyber Monday is around the corner. Shoppers, are you ready for that? No matter what shopping list you’ve made or nothing in mind but for wandering shopping, you’re into it.
