So this weekend I had an event coming up. Comic Con was looming and as anyone with an iPhone knows, poor battery life coupled with trying to find people in a constantly huge and ever growing crowd can be a bit of an issue (especially by the evening when the crowd has moved to the local bar). With this in mind I decided to get myself a mobile charging unit for my phone to make sure I had enough juice to last me through the weekend EVEN if I didn’t have access to a wall charger at any point. I did, but I wasn’t going to use it.
After some research I decided to go for the 10,000MAH EasyAcc Ultra Slim Dual USB Power Bank, and I must say I was not disappointed.
I picked up the EasyAcc Power Bank up new from Amazon for £20 (Usually £45 but it always seems to have some kind of offer attached) and instantly fell in love. I also purchased a short iPhone USB charge cable and a case for the unit which is just big enough for the charger, cables and iPhone if you wanted to leave it in there while it charges.
Included with the charger is the unit itself, along with a micro-USB cable which you use to charge it. It has 2 USB ports so you are able to charge up to 2 devices at one time, and it allows to be charged while it charges devices so you don’t have to worry about using all of your plugs or leaving it alone before you can get some power back in your iPhone. Just whack it all in together.

So the test!! I charged the unit up, along with my iPhone on Thursday night and every evening or whenever I needed to charge my phone I connected it to the charger and let it pump the beautiful energy into the battery. Did it last the weekend? DID IT? Well, yes…and then some. All the way from Friday to Wednesday. And not only was I using it to charge my phone, but also for a portable speaker I was using for some tunes when getting ready and just hanging out.
CONCLUSION!!
Loved it. For the price it was absolutely fantastic and I cannot fault it. At all. Not even a little bit. Not even if I tried. Its just……It works and works very, very well.
